While it’s tempting to discuss the long-awaited Fall-like weather and transitioning our entertaining focus to the season, we thought it more important to announce a fun new service that we are providing at The Boutique.
Monogram Mondays are in full swing! We are so pleased to have our in-house monogrammer up and running in the store. While monogramming consulting is available any time during store hours, our in-house expert Kathy Grabner from Meadowlane Monogramming, is in the shop every Monday, 11:00 to 4:00 for professional knowledge and assistance with all things monogramming.
For brides, we love the special pieces, such as personalized handkerchiefs for the wedding party or family members. They make a very special momento for Mothers of the Bride, Mothers of the Groom, or Grandmothers of both. For bridesmaids a thoughtful gift could be a bamboo bathrobe with their initials monogrammed for that personal touch to express your love and appreciation.
Pro-tip:
While newer monograms tend to use a “blended” monogram of both the bride’s and groom’s initials, we at The Boutique still prefer the old-school, traditional monogram which is the bride's married initials. First Name Initial - Married Last Name initial - Maiden Name initial. We also have some fun frames, should you choose to only use your new last name initial in a decorative and artful way.
